I'm quite aware that it exists, I ment that it is a possible solution
to the problem.
(I'm actually using it... although restarts are still needed to load
the new vhosts)

Well perl did scare the *bleep* out of my class mates when they where
looking what I was doing during the break.
Then again, I do most of my system scripts in perl ^^
