While both r1900026 and r1899841 were in the backport proposal (STATUS), it seems that the former only made it to 2.4.x in r1900751, the latter fixed the same issue in trunk a while ago (https://app.travis-ci.com/github/apache/httpd/jobs/566966513#L4124) so it's probably what's missing.
