How about using Jitsi <https://jitsi.org/jitsi-meet/>, if not mistaken the
free one doesn't have a time limit and allows the videos to be recorded,
however only up to 100 participants at the same time. Also if not mistaken,
Apache Infra tried to setup a Jitsi instance at http://meet.apache.org/ but
it seems to be offline, not sure why though.
