Thank you for making this file. I think it would be extremely helpful to agree
on some machine-checkable style and align all of our code with it. Maybe now is
a good time for such a change, given we recently had a couple of large,
style-related changes ("> >" to ">>", boost to std, licenses). LMK if I can
help driving this.
