I see the transition to Incubator as an opportunity to really spruce up and polish our documentation process and practices. I think that a wiki could be useful to point towards getting started materials for contributors without disrupting the basic intentions of jclouds.org. The wiki and jclouds.org can supplement each other harmoniously. I'm not worried that we'll lose jclouds.org in transition.
I would be pleased with choice a because of its straightforward accessibility (plus playing with MoinMoin kind of amuses me). However, I can also see a certain appeal to choice b, especially if we do not regularly maintain the wiki. Do you have a preference, Adrian?
