Any reason why this and JENA-732 stalled..?
I would say +1 to change the default, please - the target/generated-sources
could have other folders from other plugins, like xjc/ - so just putting Java
files straight in there sounds bad.
If the patch also adds the target/generated-sources/jena to the source dir,
then it should not break anything. The version is 0.7 so we are allowed
breaking changes - but in doubt - just change it the version to 1.0.
