http2 support

Hello,

I see we have a HTTP2 plugin
https://github.com/Blazemeter/jmeter-bzm-plugins based on the Jetty HTTP2
support and under an Apache 2.0 license.

Is there any reason JMeter could not bless this implementation and bundle
it?
