A follow-up comment about naming: for the rates, we sometimes call it ..-rate,
sometimes call it ..-per-second. Shall we make it consistent as -rate with -avg
and -max? Attached is the currently metrics I can see on jconsole.
Also, for the topic-level metrics, can we change "record-send-rate" to
"record-rate" along with "byte-rate"?
