Hi Konstantine,

Can you please add two KIPs to the 3.0 release plan wiki page?

I'm thinking of:
    KIP-630: Kafka Raft Snapshots
    KIP-746: Revise KRaft Metadata Records

These are marked as 3.0 on the KIP page but I guess we don't have them on the 
page yet.
