Yes, that's correct.
I wasn't particularly clear with this. The default r-osgi transport is
indeed not really meant to run between two instances on same machine.
We have, however, also created an rosgi transport replacement based upon
websockets [1]. With two additional rosgi bundles, the rosgi provider
can be used in a manner more amenable to running two instances on the
same machine (as well as having other advantages depending upon use case).
