Especially since most of that was related to zookeeper discovery which we weren't planning to use anyway. Especially if we can just focus on the distribution provider portion and use the RSA and Topology Manager from either ECF or CXF, both already have functional discovery. So yes, if fabric-dosgi could be donated as a block and then stripped down to the distribution provider afterwards, that sounds like a good way forward...
