Hi

My 2cts would be

* Karaf -> karaf pax
* Simple becomes just karaf (maybe with a version bump)
* I would highlight the fact static distro are a thing

This enables to aligné things on what they actually are and also open the
door to a property comm IMHO

Hope it makes sense
