Hi, imho we should avoid binding the meeting to one person, this will create problems in the future with hosting the meeting.
I would propose to have a public calendar ( sorry if we have one, please send me a link) for our community e.g. `Apache KIE Calendar` where this event is scheduled and links to the meeting we choose. I did read free google hangouts features and it seems as a viable option for us too. I like the Jitsi proposal from Tibor, that looks really lightweight with everything we need. However I am not sure how much time we need to set it up. For storing meeting notes we could use a github repo. For recordings I have no idea, is public google drive an option?
