Undeployment of a port mapped topology is a good catch and valid concern, I had
not thought about it.
I will make the following updates:
1. Upon undeploy/missing topology log an ERROR message stating the same.
2. Do not listen to the port for the missing topology
3. checkTopologysExist() rename to checkMappedTopologiesExist()
