This isn't the way to post RCs especially ones that won't pass Apache muster. people.a.o can be used for staging Apache releases, but even that is going away: http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#upload-ci For now we can use the old way, if and only if, we are ready to make a release, which per your earlier emails we clearly are not yet.
