As requested I have removed the zip from http://people.apache.org/~kminder

Hi Kevin,
Please take this down.
This isn't the way to post RCs especially ones that won't pass Apache
muster.
people.a.o can be used for staging Apache releases, but even that is going
away:
http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#upload-ci
For now we can use the old way, if and only if, we are ready to make a
release,
which per your earlier emails we clearly are not yet.
Cheers,
Chris

Hi Everyone,
As Alan suggested I uploaded the zip to the Apache server and it is
available here.

Hopefully we can get Jenkins setup quickly so this won't be something
that we have to do again.

Kevin,
Sorry to jump on you, but making Hortonworker (or any other company)
only uploads is a bad precedent. You can post stuff like this to your
Apache home directory. If you log into people.apache.org and put this
under your public_html directory then people can go to
apache.org/~kminder and download it. Otherwise we're making others feel
like outsiders or second class citizens.
Also, I'm confused, are you calling a vote for a release here or just
putting together a current snapshot of the world? If this is a proposed
release I didn't see any discussion on the dev list concerning a
release. If it's a current snapshot of the world I'm surprised to see
it called an RC.

Hi Everyone,
I decided to cut and share v0.2.0 RC2 of the gateway. I tagged the
repo with v0.2.0-rc2.
For those in Hortonworks I uploaded a ZIP here

Everyone else should be able to create their own following these
instructions.

The Apache site is starting to come along.
http://knox.incubator.apache.org/
Of particular interest are the links in the Documentation section of
the left Nav bar.
http://knox.incubator.apache.org/getting-started.html
http://knox.incubator.apache.org/examples.html
http://knox.incubator.apache.org/client.html
http://knox.incubator.apache.org/sandbox.html
I wrote and reorganized a bunch of documentation over the last few
days and I haven't "tested" all of it yet. So there may need to be
some tweaks there and an RC3. Functionally however the more eyes the
better so give it a spin. We are especially interested in feedback.
