It is not so bad if you only have to update the translation across minor
versions, for this reason I had not taken the time to look at PO based
translation. But the migration from OOo 1.1 to 2.0 involves many new
strings to translate.

Also, I had the impression that when translating with PO it is less easy
when strings have to be translated differently depending on the context.
For example, en-US "Title" has to be translated as "Titel" if it is the
title of a document, but as "Functie" if it is a job title.

Are the necessary PO tools available under Windows?
