The project lead that OOo chose is the person from the company who has not
released the source. I have tried for weeks to resolve this issue.

It is not just any company, it is the one who should be working on building
the community.

That is a conflict of interest.
That is the major blockage here.

 I am just saying that there is no progress and no community.
You need to think hard if that is what you want.

Do you want a community or do you want no progress?
