I see unusual legal notices too http://www.sunvirtuallab.com:32300/it/openoffice_org/svx/source/intro.po?translate=1&view=1 but they seem related to something else like http://www.oracle.com/us/products/applications/open-office/index.html instead of OpenOffice.org.
