Summary: Invalid publication ID in URL causes exception
           Product: Lenya
           Version: Trunk
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Miscellaneous
        AssignedTo: dev@lenya.apache.org
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

localhost:8888/foo/bar (with Jetty) causes an exception:

pubs/foo/config/publication.xconf not found

Why does it look for publication.xconf and not publication.xml?

because we haven't renamed that one yet?
i thought about doing it last week, but then i decided against it, because it would have been really confusing for our beta testers:

"ok, you need to merge the contents of publication.xml into config/publication.xconf, which has a different format now and was renamed to config/publication.xml..." :-D

since it's not a functional change but a plain search+replace, we could do it for RC2...

-1 Yeah, but it is a change on how things work. Testers/users will have to go through and make more changes to their publication so that it will be compatible with RC2. Having to change publication files for RC1 was fine (actually I'm doing it tomorrow). I don't agree with having to change files for RC2.
