I was testing how different editors handled the insertion of uploaded images for a different bug. I kept uploading different images, kept inserting the newly uploaded image. In all I had 6 different images, each inserted into it's parent. Nice and clean, everything appeared to work. I then fired up another browser to test another part of the bug and noticed that every single one of my pages displayed the same image. I just tested again using different sizes between images. 6 different image URLs, only one base image was represented. To test this, make sure you use a different browser to see the affect.
