It isn't calling org.apache.lenya.modules.svg.ProtocolHandler$ParsedUrlData.openStreamInternal(ProtocolHandler.java:97) every time. It is grabbing from cache at org.apache.batik.bridge.SVGImageElementBridge.createImageGraphicsNode At this moment I don't know if it is in the document loader cache or the ImageTagRegistry Cache. Looks like a toString isn't correct.
