I still have the some issues with it - and I think the bug could be re-target for 2.0.1? Does the fix work reliable for others? It seems to be a timing issue now. Sometimes it takes some time until the new image is shown (drink a coffee come back and "swap" the new image is there). Is the last modified time reliable enough?
