I have added everything to the contributions area. The test cases are
succeeding. If someone wants to run the tests: you need to apply a
patch to the webtest installation [1].
I have installed a Firedocs-enabled version on the zones server. You
can test it for instance with this document:

this URL doesn't seem to work at the moment.
Apparently something has killed the Jetty process. I restarted it.
BTW, the LENYA_HOME for this instance is at
/export/home/lenya/src/lenya-contributions/BRANCH_2_0_X.
