Hi, all!

I've just run some tests and came to the conclusion that OpenOffice.org
understands hyphens as word delimiters. Therefore, Portuguese words such as
"peles-vermelhas" or "partimo-las" will never be submitted as such to any
spell-checker component, not even a custom one made from scracth with no resort
to myspell. Is that correct?

The problem here, my friends, is that "partimo" for one is not a correct
Portuguese word, while "partimo-las" is. Moreover, most Portuguese compounds
(e.g. "pele-vermelha") are difficult to inflect, for which reason aid from a
spell-checker is usually most welcome when it comes to it.

Thanks in advance for your reply and comments. Cheers,

Jorge.
