Yes, Uzbek (Latin) is in that list. Ctrl+A, right mouse, Character, select Uzbek (Latin) and then running spellcheck works. Bug, isn't it? What shell one put into dictionary.lst so that Uzbek (Cyrillic) appears in a language list?
