Mashrab, maybe, it's not the answer to your case, but here's my own
experience. When I experimented with Moldovan(Cyrillic) which is absent in
the language list, I simply engaged the respective dictionary for Romanian
ALONG WITH Romanian(Latin) like this:
DICT ro RO mo_MD
DICT ro RO ro_RO
(mo_MD was invented by me, it's no actual locale, AFAIK)
and, obviously, formatted the text as Romanian.
Both dictionaries (Cyrillic and Latin) did peacefully coexist.
