i want to offer a dictionary to be added in hunspell for my language Urdu.
(Ur_pk). it is ok and ready to be added we have finished work upon it for
months but we could not find a channel to offer this for OOo. is it right
channel?

please open an issue and assign it to me (laurentgodard)
attache your Ur_pk.dic, Ur_pk.aff and readme_Ur_pk.txt (containing
credits and licence) files
(ideally, could be zipped in one ssingle archive)
but, is Urdu (Ur_pk) recognized as a language in OOo languages dropdown
lists ?
