I also discussed this matter with experts of Urdu and they say it would only
work with hunspell not aspell or ispell. It is true Urdu characters are not
in ISO8851. But we are hoping to do something about this in future currently
this language should be in OOo. Suffix rules are not yet completely
generated for mother languages of Urdu i.e. Persian and Arabic probably so
it is out of question at present for Urdu.
Anyhow a nice discussion and i hope now it would be ok for spellchecker ;).
