Usually go-oo.org gets everything that our "upstream" version contains,
except if they don't want to take it. So I don't expect that you need to
do anything. If you want to make sure that your dictionary will make its
way into the go-oo.org version you can send a mail to
d...@lists.go-oo.org and ask.
