>- see footer for list info -< Amen to that. Once I was having a support issue with CF, after a few days of incompetence from MM, I emailed the tech assigned to the issue explaining how i fixed it. Tech then emailed my boss with the solution and implied that he had solved the problem.

I have oepned 3 support tickets trying to resolve these wildcard mapping problems with IIS6. Their stupid support staff just decide to close tickets in the middle of a discussion so that you cannot reply to the emails any longer, and you have to go and open a new ticket and explain everything all over again to a new person. They don't support the community, they don't support their customers, and they make it very difficult to contact them period. No wonder they lose so many customers to .NET, ASP and PHP russ _______________________________________________ For details on ALL mailing lists and for joining or leaving lists, go to http://list.cfdeveloper.co.uk/mailman/listinfo -- CFDeveloper Sponsors:- >- Hosting provided by www.cfmxhosting.co.uk -< >- Forum provided by www.fusetalk.com -< >- DHTML Menus provided by www.APYCOM.com -< >- Lists hosted by www.Gradwell.com -< >- CFdeveloper is run by Russ Michaels, feel free to volunteer your help -< _______________________________________________ For details on ALL mailing lists and for joining or leaving lists, go to http://list.cfdeveloper.co.uk/mailman/listinfo -- CFDeveloper Sponsors:- >- Hosting provided by www.cfmxhosting.co.uk -< >- Forum provided by www.fusetalk.com -< >- DHTML Menus provided by www.APYCOM.com -< >- Lists hosted by www.Gradwell.com -< >- CFdeveloper is run by Russ Michaels, feel free to volunteer your help -<
