yeah, and only 0.2% (2 in 1000) passed WAI AA, level 2.  It would have been nice if they'd included details on the sites they tested in their report...

makes fascinating reading. 81% of web sites tested fail to meet event basic
(ie WCAG 'A' rating) criteria...
