No, the keyboard was removed from the server after the reboot. Not sure if
it is a Windows bug or a hardward thing, but if a hardware thing I would
have thought it would have been resolved when the keyboard was unplugged.

He tried the key mashing for me, but it didnt work. Opting for a server
reboot in the early hours - shame!
