what is it you're trying to do - is there any other way you can achieve the
same thing without having to use the windows key?
what's your remote access software?

No, the keyboard was removed from the server after the reboot. Not sure if
it is a Windows bug or a hardward thing, but if a hardware thing I would
have thought it would have been resolved when the keyboard was unplugged.
He tried the key mashing for me, but it didnt work. Opting for a server
reboot in the early hours - shame!
Thanks
