I agree! All profiles should support sensors to improve the user experience to justify them as smart devices.
For example a few well known sensors like Proximity, Temperature, Light sensors could be used in any device to provide improved user experience. Another important consideration is in an IoT scenario, sensors have a very important role to play and when Tizen ecosystem starts supporting IoT in the future, sensor framework would be needed for sensor management. I think the sensord can be used TV and IVI profiles because they will have the sensors to recognize surroundings. As I know, vehicles already have several sensors.
