Hi Michael, I faced a similar issue some time ago. I never got to the bottom of the issue and it disappeared after some time (a few weeks). In my case, I was only seeing that when attempting a sync from my home office but it was OK if I was running this from the Intel office in Kontich. IIRC, one thing that worked all along was using HTTPS instead of SSH as described here https://source.tizen.org/documentation/developer-guide/getting-started-guide/cloning-tizen-source (section 3).
