Before we make the proposed sandbox branches official, we should also
consider another question: which arm boards to we want to support with
Tizen on Yocto?

If it turns out that we need meta-yocto-bsp for one of those, then
stripping out that layer from the proposed tizen-distro was too
aggressive and should be undone.
