The script to generate recipes from spec files can be found in the
project scm/bb/tizen - use branch "tizen"
(https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/admin/projects/scm/bb/tizen,branches). Basic
usage is explained in the file README.md.
I can see that the security-server is there, and i think it's not
used anymore.

Yes, they are missing.
If you look in the status file in 'Missing Packages' Tab you will see it.
