Attached patch -- renames IR.getFieldCacheKey -> IR.getCoreCacheKey, fixes
CachingWrapperFilter and CachingSpanFilter to, by default, disregard deletions
when checking the cache. But I added expert ctors to each to force deletions
to be "respected" at a perf hit.
