When this is committed, we can improve also some Lucene parts:
FieldCacheRangeFilter does not need to do extra deletion checks and instead use
the Bits interface to find missing/non-valued documents. Lucene's sorting
Collectors can be improved to have a consistent behaviour for missing values
(like Solr's sortMissingFirst/Last).
