folks, I just want to ask if this is an issue or not but this branch is associated with a blocker issue for 8.0. If it doesn't have an owner or is actively worked on do we still consider it a blocker? I mean don't get me wrong but if this is something that we don't dedicate time and committer to I think we should re-think the decision if this is a blocker or not?
