Somewhere along the line we got load(File), load(InputStream), store(File),
store(InputStream)... can we improve this?
I think its confusing when writing a new suggester to have all these hooks.
load(File) takes a directory name, so a suggester is free to use multiple files
(I am working on one that might use 2 files).
so then what is load(InputStream) ?!
