This patch attemps to fix the problem for the Appending codec and the Direct
postings format (BloomFilter already serialized the name of its wrapped
postings format).
I am not fully satisfied with the way I handle AppendingCodec, suggestions are
welcome.
I had a look at Pulsing but this looks complicated (to me at least)... For
Pulsing, should we rather:
- use a SPI loader for PostingsBaseFormat,
- or leave it this way for 4.0?
