If we adopt the
[ length > 0 && reader.BaseStream.Position + length <= dctFile.Lengt ]and
[reader.BaseStream.Seek(4, SeekOrigin.Current) ] approach in BigramDictionary,
it makes sense to apply the same change in WordDictionary as well for
consistency and slightly improved efficiency.
