I checked the patch into the branch. Merging the build.xml changes took a
while. There was also source control cruft in there from some other source
control system that I had to remove.
I'm not going to have a chance to look at this in any detail until at least
this weekend, so if you could check out the CONNECTORS-594 branch and let me
know if it seems correct and seems to build for you, that would be great.
Please submit any further fixes as svn patches against the current contents of
branches/CONNECTORS-594. Thanks!
