Hi Alessandro,
Patch looks reasonable, but I have a question. For Solr fields, is there any
difference between a blank value and no value at all? In other words, can you
construct a query that would match a blank value that would not match a
completely missing value? If there is a difference from the query side, then
we have to make this functionality conditional, no?
