Well, we could do such one additionally, i guess.

Sorry, guys, but am I talking german here? Nobody seems to really get
what i mean. I'm not talking about some JavaScript. All that's needed is
a symlink on the server:

ooo_current_xyz.png -> ooo_keepthecar_xyz.png

When we change the campain, we change that symlink:

ooo_current_xyz.png -> ooo_keepyourmoney_xyz.png

Since people include the code-snippet we provide on our page, which
would link to ooo_current_xyz.png, the image on their site changes
automatically, because it get's loaded from out site and is a symlink,
which now points to a different png.

Besides the need of updating that symlink with updating the campain,
everything is as simple as it could only be.
