Hi, seems that this topic is quite controversial... :-)
Luckily, I didn't book anything yet. As time runs out for travel arrangements, I'd love to hear some more opinions on it from the folks on this list. Should the majority be against the trip/funding, I will not attend, as I can't cover the costs on my own (and attending virtually for two days is not possible for me). I need to be sure of funding before I book.
Not attending would be sad, but as the decisions on the marketing budget should be done following the majority of volunteers, I am happy to accept such a vote. If I counted correctly, we only had about five marketing volunteers commenting, so some more feedback would be nice, for the budget holders to see the majority's opinion.
