Jakob pointed yesterday that there are many resolved issues that are not
closes. Checking the current workflow (find a diagram attached), close
is an additional step. According the documentation that's because a
developer can resolve an issue, but the reporter (tester, user or
another developer) should close it if he agrees on the resolution.
I'm not sure, maybe Fabian knows, if we could customize this behaviour
when a developer reports and solves the issues; then is clear he agrees
on the resolution. JIRA has a pretty flexible workflow, but I don't have
enough rights to change it.
