I can't check in Marmotta (didn't get the attachment) but in other Apache
projects where I can see the workflow in admin panel there is a 'Resolve
and close' transition directly from 'In prgress' to 'Close' [1]. I think it
is the same for Marmotta as I can see the option to close when it's in
progress in the JIRA interface too, directly on the panel or under workflow.
